What is the difference between a paper print and a canvas print?
Our paper prints are printed on premium matte paper and require framing behind glass. Canvas prints are printed on archival-grade material with a protective coating, allowing them to be framed without glass for a more traditional oil painting aesthetic.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes, we offer high-resolution digital files for many of our prints. These are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and include several aspect ratios to fit standard frame sizes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Physical prints typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Because each physical print is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are frames included with my purchase?
To keep shipping costs low and give you the most design flexibility, our prints are sold unframed. We design our prints in standard sizes so they can easily fit into common store-bought frames.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping for paper prints to select countries. Digital downloads are available worldwide with no shipping fees.
