At Juniper Print Shop, we want you to love your art. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on physical prints within 30 days of delivery, though please note that digital downloads are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process for any physical paper prints or framed art.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the artwork back into its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
